You have increased control when you are a client of Cofficient. Here is why:

• You will always have up to date records.  Cofficient undertakes every transaction, which means your daily activities are reflected in your current financial accounts.  There is no need to ever "spend a day or so getting the accounts up to date".  With us you know exactly where you are now.

• You will always have your transactions completed.  Unlike an employee, we do not take leave.  We have built in redundancy within our pod structure.

• You tell us right at the beginning how you want things done and we will make our web interface comply.   Once it's set, it's set until you want it changed.

• Whenever we perform a transaction at your direction, we produce a unique 'request number' on the web interface.  This is traceable for each transaction and ensures compliance to your requests.

• You always remain a signatory to your bank account.  However, you provide us with a login to your internet banking that allows us to upload payments to be signed by you and to download your bank statement for daily reconciliation.

• Whenever you work in a client-supplier relationship you are given protection under the law from unscrupulous behaviour.  However, as an employer you are not afforded very much protection from employees that behave unscrupulously.  Working with Cofficient removes this risk.

From our web interface the full range of daily business transactions and ongoing statutory requirements are tracked.

• Entry of all transactions and preparation of monthly accounts.

• At tax time, accounts are transferred to your Accountant for completion of tax return.

• Sending Invoices per instructions, complete with your preferred letterhead.

• Receiving and collecting payments on your behalf.  Funds disbursed per your instructions.

• Calculating and processing payroll (and all associated requirements) on your behalf.

• Regular reporting on all transactions completed on your behalf.

• Preparation of statutory returns e.g. BAS, ASIC.

• Regular review of financial affairs of your business by our CFO, plus proactive recommendations for improvement e.g. stock, taxation, cash flow, systems etc.

• Provide references and reports as requested for banks, life insurance companies, property agents etc.

• Secure web site interaction, including online tracking and e-mail confirmation of both your requests and actions completed by Cofficient.

• Basic information on a variety of matters including compliance (tax, superannuation, insurance, income protection insurance), obtaining accreditation with government suppliers, industry bodies, professional bodies etc, government grants / assistance available, the immigration process, other online Hot Topics

• Access to bulk purchasing agreements (as they become available)

• For clients operating as a division of our Limited company, access to group superannuation, life cover, and income protection insurance, workers compensation and public liability insurance, online banking etc.
