About Us
Cofficient partners with clients to create: “combined efficiencies” – hence the name - Cofficient. Once working together you can expect to immediately reduce administration and bookkeeping time by 50% - 99%. Then, because we simultaneously serve a number of clients with a single team of specialists, - we’re able to reduce our costs and do a better job than you or your bookkeeper. This double benefit of “better job” and “less cost” gives you increased time in the business (and money saved). Our clients typically re-invest this time to grow their business, and we – as a partner - give practical advice on how to implement this. Our History
Cofficient Pty Limited ("Cofficient") grew out of the e.Commerce Group of companies. A group formed by specialist technology consultants in 1995 to provide advisory and professional services to organisations and individuals in the eCommerce and IT arena. Cofficient developed into a specialist business administration and accounting service for Small Business operators and contractors (both individuals and company). It was designed specifically to allow smaller business operations to focus on, and grow, their core business activities, whilst leaving the day-to-day business administration to a dedicated Cofficient Account Manager. Nowadays Cofficient offers even more than a better way for small businesses to do their bookkeeping and administration. We also offer specialist CFO advice, cost reduction consultation, project management and access to our 3rd-party network of quality providers.

involved in the daily operations of Cofficient, and assumes
responsibility for the development of cost reduction and business
improvement practices in client businesses. In the early 90’s David
worked in recruitment and the then emerging outsourced human resources
field. He then went into small business consulting for a number of
years where he mentored many start up and early stage companies.
During this time he has seen many small business issues and successes.
David’s experience in people issues, financial turn-around, processes
and systems, sales and marketing and capital raising is second to none.
Andrew Ward
Andrew or “Wardy” as he is widely known is a Cost Reduction Consultant
with Cofficient Pty Ltd. He fits the stereotype of the
“entrepreneur”. An idealist that left university without a degree, he
pursued his first “pot-of-gold” and turned it into a “dot bomb”. This
event lost him all his meagre savings and with nothing but debts, he
went on to found the very successful 3 Minute Angels business in 2002.
He now spends his time between Cofficient and his four other ventures,
all of which use Cofficient as their outsourced finance and
administration back office.
