will work with your clients on a daily basis to ensure their business
is compliant and construct their accounts throughout the year.
· We will use the Chart of Accounts as recommended by you.
· At the end of the financial year, Cofficient will provide you with an electronic version of your client’s accounts. The accounts will be up-to-date and ready for preparation of the tax return.
· This provides you with the time to focus on high-quality revenue and simultaneously reduce your cost base.
· We
acknowledge the importance of your relationship with your clients and
will work to enhance your current client relationship - as agreed
between yourselves, your client and us.
The
Cofficient service comprises much more than a bookkeeper can provide,
yet does not encroach on the existing Client - Accountant relationship. The
services range from daily payment / receipt of funds and assistance
with cashflow management, to the provision of monthly financial
statements, completion of BAS returns and preparation of accounts for
lodgement of tax returns by your firm. Cofficient is not a tax agent, and does not intend to become one.
Note:
In the case of clients who do not have their own legal entity and
operate as a division of our management company (Cofficient Management
Limited), the divisional return will continue to be completed by us.
